Please note: In anticipation of an enthusiastic response, the band application cutoff date has been moved forward to November 30th

If you're planning on playing at the Grampians Jazz Festival you'll need to register your band. Feel free to register for more than one band -most people do.

  • Fill the form out and send it, along with your cheque or money order to the address on the form.
