| Saturday | 11:00 AM | STREET PARADE ending in a combined performance. Dress up and join in the march, everyone welcome |

| 12:00 Noon | PROGRAMMED SESSIONS. Musos not playing on stage are encouraged to join in casual "blows" in various places around Halls Gap. Pianos will be in some spots.

| After the close of the formal program around midnight it is not unusual to find musos still playing "Red Hot Jazz" into the wee small hours at the local night spots. | ||||
| Sunday | 9:00 AM | Jazz Church Service in the marquee featuring the Victorian Police Band | ||
| 11:00 AM | PROGRAMMED SESSIONS The highlight is the outdoor venue at Stony Creek. Sit back and relax in the picnic atmostphere under the Gumtrees and listen to great jazz. It's a good idea to pack your picnic chair. |
